BOBS at Court

I had to go to court for a friend. There was a TV in the foyer/waiting room, a morning show on, one of my most hated types; vacuous idiots pretending to be happy while you get ready and trudge to your dead-end slave gig. The opinions have to be empty so as not to upset their single mother, old people audience. If they do express an opinion, it has to be a simple one, pushes an agenda or parrots MSM talking points in order to lull the masses into being content in what they believe about the world.
The PTB have your best interests at heart, pay no attention to the war-mongering, opportunistic, power-hungry evil elite bastards behind the curtain. That’s just a conspiracy theory, or Russian propaganda. (LOL!)
At court, I sat on a couch that was too low, reluctantly listening to two mid-wit morning TV show hosts discussing the Biden bid for re-election. Apparently, the old dementia-ridden, puppet, joke of a shell had announced his official intention to run. That puppet with questionable morals and a history of gaffs and illegalities, is a joke and it was excruciating to sit near wide eyed and misinformed Australians gazing up at the TV in awe at this piece of dirt lying right to the world’s faces. With the MSM running cover and not allowing more than a few seconds footage of this tool, he gets along by your perception (built by the media) that everything is fine.
(*Let’s not forget, just because you don’t support one candidate, it doesn’t automatically mean you support any other instead. If that is the only paradigm your brain can manage, perhaps this post ain’t for you.)
The media protection surrounding certain administrations, pushes for big pharma products and the silencing of anyone who thinks differently has come to the forefront the last few years, even for the ones who weren’t awake to it before. It got me thinking about how “they” (PTB, whoever is in charge of a group of people in any given situation) can make up a reality and cram it down from the top to make everyone accept it in order to get on with their own lives.
All of the dystopian movies are coming true! The one that keeps coming to mind, and I will mention it in an Ever Something to Say ep, is The Giver. The movie starring Katie Holmes and based on the book by Lois Lowry, shows a world where colour is banned, anything stimulating like playing games, kissing someone, arguing, questioning is frowned upon and not allowed.
The are parts where children are scolded for using “precision of language.” Anything potentially emotive (though minuscule and benign) is not allowed.
While I sat in court later, watching the lawyers choose and reject certain jurors I was thinking of how the PTB and our western culture wants to make everything woke, but reality is different. And, despite their efforts to brainwash, we must never forget the truth.
Watching regular people be asked to be jurors on a trial brought a lot of (utterly ridiculous) questions from them. I was privvy to sit among them while they were brought to the courtroom and told the rules. I’m stuck between thinking that it’s a good idea to have a jury of your peers/the public who come from different walks of life/different biases/different experiences to all agree on the same verdict ….and also that there needs to be some sort of litmus/IQ/intelligence/knowledge about the court system and ramifications of conviction or not. It made me think about how easy it is for idiots who know nothing to have a hand in making or breaking someone’s life.
For all the virtue signalling, pretending not to see differences in skin colour, style, personalities, sexualities. The court system, for example, relies on stereotypes and first impressions.
FOR A REASON.
These observations have served us for centuries. It’s stupid to think you can genuinely be completely blind to these factors no matter how many pronouns, Ukrainian flags or black fist emojis you put in your lame bio.
The nature of the court case made it so the lawyer for the plaintiff/prosecution stopped 2 men from going to the jury box. One was a slightly over-middle-aged white man in a Hi-vis FIFO/Wharfie jacket. Let me explain that to you in Aussie.
Older dude, grey hair, beard, high vis jacket. Working on the wharf or in the mines means he most likely (*stereotype) frequents mining towns where prostitution is legal or skimpy bartenders etc are rampant. His attitude towards women might be sexist and see them just as objects.
The second guy was a shiny Indian man with overly-gelled hair and wearing leather from top to bottom. All you need to remember is what you know and the phrase “bobs and vagene.” The internet has cottoned onto an unfortunate stereotype that has been perpetuated by gross men of that persuasion. Is it all of them? No, that doesn’t matter here, the lawyer went on probability and fuck your feelings.
The lawyer for the other side stopped 2 females going into the jury box.
One was big, tall, alternatively dressed with purple hair. I know the look so I’d have let her go up because it was alternative but she was on the bigger side and often those girls choose to be alternative because it supplies them with better clothes for their size. But purple hair, to the, untrained eye, screams FEMINAZI. The other lawyer must have thought she would instantly be on the side of the female plaintiff.
The second woman to be rejected was turned away, most likely for the same/but different reasons. She had come to court in a figure-hugging black dress, her underwear (bra etc) was visible through the strained fabric, she had small tattoos everywhere and a truckload of makeup on. I imagine this one got turned away because she looked like she would be on the side of the plaintiff in the way some women scream they should be able to walk down a street naked at night and have nothing happen to them.
(Yes, that would be nice, but reality isn’t all sunshine and criminals exist.)
If the judge had overridden (can’t happen btw) the choices to exclude some jurors because it was seemingly “racist,” “sexist” “class-ist?” You wouldn’t get a non-biased jury.
Do I think this is a foolproof way to look at the world? NO, Hell….look at me.
I can usually walk among the cuck lefties and brainwashed because of THEIR bias, a brown female that at times chooses to put in old facial piercings. Our own bias is sometimes a downfall or keeps us from meeting a new friend or having new interactions with different people but they have also prevented trouble or negative interactions too.
You’re not racist, sexist, class-ist or other but given two streets to walk down, I know you are choosing the one with the woman pushing the stroller and not the one with 5 teen boys coming towards you, right?
