2, Derogatory term describing someone who is reckless, ignores potential risks, irresponsible or who heedlessly handles a sensitive or dangerous task.

 

RED COWBOYS is incoming. It comes with a few new characters. Here’s a sneak-peek that might whet your appetite(?) Each one of these guys was great to get to know, even if some weren’t the greatest of people. I can’t wait to tell you about them when the next book is released.

Who do you think they are? Agents? Civvies? Superiors? How do they fit in with Trent Starr and the assignments he is on now? Do these guys look like good people to you? I’d love to hear the stories other people come up with just based on a character’s look.

When Teo (my beautiful Georgian artist) gets the character details, she spends a few days thinking about them and absorbing their vibe before she starts working on their appearance, following some vague guidelines. Occasionally, I’ve been adamant about certain features but aside from that, I like people to run free with their art. I intend to write a gushing post about Teo in the future as she is on a well-deserved break for some family time but y’all need to know about this gal!

Sooo how do these new people fit in with the others and the mayhem that is a Darkrose Novel? One is my favourite character (if I was a reader) But each newbie could have their own spin-off due to their interesting make up and personalities. Only time will tell what they’re about 😛

One is a power-hungry would-be-if-he-could-be agent.

One is an anxious nurse.

One is a man of many, many secrets.
