They Tased a Grandma

There was a recent incident in which Australia police used a traser on a 95pound, 95 year old woman in an old folk’s home. Why?
Apparently she was “coming at them”….with a serrated steak knife…while using her walker…
Her walker.
Sooo she had an object obstructing her from reaching an officer, she was moving very slowly and they saw fit to deploy a taser, which at 95 years old would probably have similar effects to a gun/bullet, and she fell to the ground, hit her head and is now fighting for life in hospital. The footage is not going to be shown to the public because it is not in the “interests of the public.” We get made to delegate responsibility, can’t have vigilantes or even weapons to defend our own personal property or our lives but the people we pay to be in charge of doing it for us are so incapable that this embarrassing event happens? Ugh
